Qatar wins historic World Trade Organization ruling against the Saudi based beoutQ pirate tv station.
The World Trade Organization ruling in favor of Qatar yesterday, has proved that Saudi Arabia has breached its obligations and allowed piracy operations from within its territories, according to a legal expert.
And the World Trade Organization has given Saudi 60 days to implement the ruling.
