I’m just back from the gym. Yes, you heard right, a gym!
Last week I completely buggered my knee, and so presently walking is restricted to paying work only.
But I had just got into the habit of working out in the mornings. Well, if you can call walking working out.
So I turned to my son who is a PT in Warrior Fit and asked him to give me stuff to do that didn’t involve my knee.
And so here I am, in Warrior Fit Lagoona Mall, actually working up a sweat.
Back home now having a bowl of muesli with a scoop of collogen powder to try and help my knee.
