Hamad Medical Corporation’s new satellite facility in the Industrial Area, aims to deliver safe and effective care to people who work and live in the area.
The Industrial Area Satellite Emergency Department, or IASED as it’s becoming known. Currently sees around 100 patients per day, and is expected to increase to 300 to 500 patients per day once the facility is fully operational.
Qatar is calling for the lifting of sanctions on Sudan. It’s also asking for Sudan to be removed from the list of terrorist states.
Local agricultural product yards have seen record sales this season. With a 120% increase on the previous season.
As well as selling local fruit and vegetables, the yards also include fish, poultry, sheep, goats, eggs, honey and many other products from farms in the area.
And finally, launching in a couple of weeks time, will be the Qatar Quick Weekend Edition.

Meaning active cases have dropped by 9 to 3,148 in the previous 24hr period.
